There are so many different classes to choose from for people of all abilities so even if you’re a beginner you can join in.
I knew I was going to love coming here to train, Andrea pushes me to my limits at every class and I have really improved my fitness level with out even realising it.
ATD fitness has really helped me through the most challenging year due to COVID, not just physically but mentally, I have done ‘The Slimdown’ three times now and I’ve seen my bodyshape change before my eyes.
