The Slimdown Programme

Our 6 Week Slimdown programme has been very successful and continues to grow! We have had over 1000 people complete the Slimdown and get amazing results, so amazing that they come back and do a second, third, and even fourth Slimdown programme with us. Our Slimdown doesn’t only help you lose that weight but it changes the way you look and feel about food, it helps you to change those habits to better healthy ones. Our unique Slimdown programme is not just a quick fix, it’s designed to help you change how you deal with food and to help you fit it into your daily routine and lifestyle. WHAT IT IS
A 6-week programme where you have the choice of breakfast, 3 snacks, lunch & a main meal. It’s so easy to follow with minimal cooking and all family-friendly meals that everyone will eat and enjoy. It includes 4 training sessions a week, at least 10000 steps a day, both you must commit to. You get to pick 4 classes a week from our class timetable.

You have a full support group on Facebook with people that are doing the same as you and we are always here to help you.
