Do I need to bring my own equipment to classes?
No we have all the equipment you will need for each class, which is suitable for all abilities and strengths.
How can I access the online classes?
Once you have signed up to our online membership you will be added into our private Facebook group which includes over 200 different pre recorded classes. Every week 4 classes are added, which you can do at your own leisure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy is 1 months notice
What are you doing to keep the facilities clean and protected against COVID?
We clean all the kit every time it has been used after each session. Staff make sure the premises is clean and tidy. We also have a cleaner that carries out a deep clean every two week.
What is your cancellation policy for the 6 or 12 month tie in memberships?
Once you have paid 12 or 6 payment you are able to put you 1 months notice in so if you are wanting to leave on your last payment money you would need to put your notice in on the 11th or 5th month.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes we have on-site parking available, if all of the car parking spaces are being used you can park safely close to the unit.
Do you cater for all abilities?
Absolutely, our classes cater to everybody who wants to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. We pride ourselves on being able to provide bespoke support whether you are new, returning or an avid gym goer.
How do I sign up for 1-2-1 personal training?
